Military Whist
On the first Friday of each month a Military Whist Drive is held at 7.45 p.m.
It is a very pleasant way of easing yourself back into the game if you haven’t played for years, or practising your skills if you are new to the game. New acquaintances are made along the way!
You play as a team of four (usually four friends), the beauty of which is that you will never find yourself partnering someone you don’t know. If you do make a mistake, your partner should forgive you – we hope!
