Yoga with Andrea
Want to look after your health and well-being? I am hosting Yoga Classes focusing on detailed alignment, postures and breathing using props and requirement (Block bricks and belts) as well as walls and chairs and free standing poses. Prepare for a fun and informal class that will help to strengthen and calm the mind and body whilst also creating and maintaining flexibility. If you have your own mat and equipment please bring it along, I will also be providing mats and equipment available to be used. All abilities welcome as the class is suitable for everyone.

Weekly Yin Yoga with Jane starting Friday 9th February! 5-6.15pm . Plenty of parking on site. Floor based practice with postures held 3-5 minutes. Deep

Whist - 1st Friday of every month
